There’s no wild tale to tell and no real need for introductions, but my name is Tamsin Hamilton-Testrote and I am a chef.
Outdoors, adventure and discovery are my top priorities in life. I’m not one for defeat or giving in to normality. Boring things like the news and debate keep my mind busy all day long.
I am a level 3 professional chef student and next year I will be a level 1 Culinary Arts Degree student. My life ethos is to “achieve as much as possible whilst I’m still alive” which makes a lot of people laugh at me sometimes because I have crazy “oh, yeah right” ideas.
Anyway, enough about me.
